We needed to replace our heat pump after it failed and received multiple quotes. This company’s estimate was significantly higher than the others and included less warranty coverage. After doing some research, I learned the company had been acquired by a private equity firm based in Florida. Based on these factors, I decided not to move forward with them. The salesman, Rob, was professional and courteous, and this decision is in no way a reflection of him.

Although the estimate was issued under my partner’s name, it was for my home, and I am the individual paying for the system. The absence of my name on the quote does not invalidate the feedback provided.

I understand how businesses justify pricing through overhead, management structures, and internal support systems. In this case, it is also reasonable to assume that operating under a larger management or umbrella organization contributes to higher costs. When compared directly with other proposals, your pricing was higher and the warranty coverage was less favorable. That is a factual comparison, not a misunderstanding of pricing.

While your Comfort Advisor was professional, professionalism alone does not outweigh a higher price combined with weaker warranty terms. Based on these factors, I chose not to move forward with your company.

We had CCCS help us with electrical and HVAC. Jacob came out to review our electrical system and identified some major issues not addressed by our previous electrical company. Dillon checked out our heat pump and provided information related to theater system vs replacement, but didn’t recommend replacement at this time.

I can’t say enough about how please I am for the work performed by CCCS.

Had Capital City come out and check the HVAC system due to inefficient heating and cooling. So, happy I did! A 3-ton system had been installed a few years back and it turned out the house needed a 4-ton system. From start to finish, Capital City was so amazing. Went through Andrew (Awesome Guy). Andrew explained everything in great detail. He was on top of the installation and even adding a second return inside the house. Quincy and the rest of the team were equally awesome. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, accommodating in every way possible and above all else, they treat you like family. Very pleased with the work that was done!! If you're in need of HVAC services, please give these guys a call. Promise, you won't be disappointed.

The whole experience we had with this company was amazing. They were fast to assist us with out HVAC unit during the storm we had. We had our TWO HVAC units replaced by Capital City Comfort Solutions , the team are beyond 5 Star they did an excellent job and on time and very professional, our Tech team Zach Picucci and Jalen did a fantastic job, knew every single detail about the brand and installation guidelines per code

Thank you to Andrew Penner from Capital City Comfort Solutions and their team ! Andrew Penner listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and helped me with my heating and cooling issues. A full team from Capital City Comfort Solutions arrived out to my house less than 24 hours of my HVAC issues occurring and started working to install 2 brand new full HVAC units for a price that surrounding facilities were at least 35% more with limited availability.

This isn’t my first time working with Andrew and the Capital City Team. This time exceeded expectations, as for all other encounters I have had in the past with them.

Tony was incredibly knowledgeable, and understood our needs. He did a great job with our quote! Once we decided for Capital City to do the install, Tony worked hard to help us with financing options to finalized our proposal. He was very communicative and detail oriented. We had our install today and it finished in about 6 hours! Tony came and was able to come early to talk to the crew. Jacob and the other technicians worked hard, and they asked for our preferences when needed. Very communicative! Everything looked clean after the install and our room is amazing!
