Dillon was amazing. They were able to come take care of me on the same day during an ice storm. My heat breaker kept flipping. Dillon was able check out my HVAC unit, and found out it was the breaker. He was able to replace the breaker on the same day and now I'm back to having heat! Thank you!

We owe a huge thank you to the team at Capital City Comfort Solutions! We came to them highly recommended by a trusted friend, and they absolutely lived up to the hype, coming to our rescue in last week's frigid temperatures.
Our experience started with the routine inspection performed by our wonderful technician, Jake Roper. During the visit, Jake thoroughly checked both HVAC units and went above and beyond in our crawlspace. He discovered our 38-year-old original upstairs unit was not only running on "emergency" power but was completely out of Freon due to a leak. Clearly having our best interest at heart, Jake wisely advised that replacement was the best path forward, rather than waiting for the inevitable complete shutdown. He even spent extra time photographing concerning areas in the crawlspace that our encapsulation company had missed!
Next, our "Comfort Specialist," Rob Garner, stepped in. Rob is an absolute professional—quick-on-the-draw and focused entirely on customer satisfaction. He promised a replacement in a couple of days. The challenge? Finding a unit that would fit into our tiny closet without tearing out the wall or door molding. Rob was detailed in explaining all possible options, but miraculously, he located a perfectly sized unit!
The installation was seamless:
• Rob sent a carpenter who carefully removed and then perfectly replaced the door molding to get the new unit situated. You would never know anything was done!
• The installation team took down an entire wall of framed photographs to protect them, and then placed every single one back in its exact original spot. Perfect!
Not only was Rob incredibly thorough in his explanations, but he followed up with phone calls and emails throughout the process. Professional. Pleasant. Thorough. An Expert. Rob and his team truly are a stand-out company in our city. If you need HVAC service, look no further!

Vito and Jordan helped with a new install for us. They were timely and insightful when it came to the new unit and how it worked. They were able to get our old unit out and communicated everything they were doing. Vito came out a few weeks later to check on us again and make sure things were still operating correctly and has still been checking in with us. Very professional throughout the whole process!

Capital City came highly recommended to me from word-of-mouth friends and from my realtor. The entire process from the initial consultation to the comfort specialist coming out to my house was easy to set up and so informative. Andrew explained everything to my wife and I, made sure we understood exactly what work they would be doing and how that would impact us. There was a charge for the initial diagnosis and tuneup, but it was much cheaper than other quotes from the area. They offer interest-free financing, which is great. be confident when reaching out to capital city, they might be the best local option in Richmond.

Great experience with Capital City. Vito came out at 3:45 on a Friday, assessed the issue, got the parts, and fixed my HVAC by 6. We appreciated his extra effort to make sure we had A/C before going into the weekend. Vito is a definite asset to the company!

Firstoff, I know for myself that Capital City Comfort Solutions cares about their customers. No company that I've interacted with has shown so much concern pertaining to residential matters.

My home's electrical meter needed to be reattached, the electrical manager Robert was understanding and compassionate when I explained to him my dismay in being ghosted by 7 or 8 other companies, resulting in an unnecessary delay. He assured me that Capital City Comfort Solutions would not ghost me. I appreciate that Robert was a man of his word. After one month of frustration and agony, my troubles were finally over! It really helped that Robert was professional, but his friendly, jovial personality, and radio personality type voice made me feel comfortable.

Jacob went to assess the situation the
next morning. He was professional, patient, thorough, courteous, understanding and knowledgeable. Jacob also perused the property for future projects. He provided me with a very reasonable quote and I breathed a sigh of relief and engaged in a mental jig. Jacob and Robert also assisted in communicating with Dominion Power to ensure that they do what was needed to be done on their end.

Noah is the technician that made my day. He was also professional and a such a sweetheart. Despite the extreme heat, he got the job done in record time, texted pictures and processed payment. I am not sure if anyone assisted him, but Noah didn't complain, though I was genuinely concerned about the heat/humidity.

Worth mentioning is Julia (office staff/manager). She was very pleasant and mannerable. She truly set the tone for the company.

I refer to Robert as the friend I never met and whenever I have future electrical needs, I will not hesitate to call him. This is my go-to company....period, point, blank.

I called the company on 24 July and the mission was completed on 28 July. I literally cried. They also sent texts every step of the way.

He quoted me a price that I thought was fair and reasonable. I now have a new company to call when I have a cooling or heating problem.
