This is an awesome local company. Capital City installed an HVAC unit in my home and they continue to service it. It's easy to set up an appointment, the office staff is awesome, and the field techs are very knowledable. They are always on-time, organized, and experts in their field. Update from March 2023: I still love this company! Steven did a great job setting up our system for the hot summer. He took extra time to test the temp at the vents and we discovered a closed vent. No wonder that room was cold during winter and hot during summer! Thanks Steven.

I recently had James Harrell perform maintenance on my furnace/AC unit. James was very professional and communicated very effectively in explaining some recommendations. James took time to explain some possible concerns and how to address them. I was very impressed by James' knowledge and communication at such a young age, something rarely found these days. Jacob and Tyler where the Technicians installing water tank system if I could give it more than five stars, I really would their level professionalism and courtesy went beyond expectations. I truly trust the products and services that capital city offers.
Capital city also offered a check on Electrical panels to the house they discovered that our electrical panel had burnt out and a few of our outlets had stopped working, Jacob was the technician assisting with electrical. He was informative, professional worked hard on ensuring my home is safe from any possible fire. I sincerely appreciate that. He also installed lighting above our sink perfectly lining up the lights.

James and Connor installed a new inverter heat pump in our attic and it is fantastic! The heat truly feels like it’s coming from a furnace. They also replaced and rerouted the ductwork to create more space in the attic. The installers were very professional and did some quality work. Highly recommend these guys if you need a whole system replacement

Capital city did an amazing job. James and Connor installed new ducting and an electric heat pump to my 1950s house in about 2.5 days. They were knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. They went above and beyond by pointing out a leak they found while in the crawl space and putting me in touch with a plumber. The system is working great. I will gladly recommend capital city to anyone needing hvac work.

Capital came out the same day to fix a leaking pipe. Tobin greeted me with a smile and I showed him what needed to be done. He was very thorough in his explanations and testing. Tobin ended up improving the piping design and did quality work.

Capital City Comfort Solutions provides the best service hands down, which I knew from the beginning when working with Chris and Andrew years ago on replacing a HVAC system. Our seriously ancient boiler required some significant repairs and relocation of some components of the system from the 2nd floor to the basement. Our general contractor, Granville Custom Builder, brought in 3 HVAC companies and 2 of them passed on the job. Capital City didn’t hesitate and were here in just a couple of business days. Technicians Andrew and Tyler showed up on time if not a little early around 8:30. This 2 man team worked so hard for so long (until nearly 4:00) without taking a single break not even for lunch. They ran up and down two sets of stairs countless times. We’ve hired what feels like a constant stream of trades for this old Fan house since 1997 and I honestly have never seen anything like it. Our boiler was back online the same day, working better than ever. We were so impressed we’ve switched to Capital City for the annual maintenance of both our heating and AC systems. Thanks so much Capital City with a HUGE shoutout to Andrew and Tyler!

Recently my oil boiler gave up its ghost and I had to figure out what to do with my 1940s house that didn't have ductwork or enough power. Andrew came over to talk to me about the different types of systems and was very helpful and explained all my choices openly and honestly. I had been nervous about moving away from my boiler but after talking to Andrew I felt it was the right time.
I ended up having Capital City install a full hvac system, install ductwork, upgrade my electric, remove my boiler, and install a hot water tank. It was a huge job! Jacob and Tyler were amazing workers!! They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Every day after they left I couldn't even tell they had been there because they kept my house so clean and neat at the end of each day. They really both seemed to enjoy their jobs and took great pride in their work- I was really impressed. I'd been putting this off for years because I was worried about all the work that had to be done. But I couldn't be happier with my choice and with you guys!! Best decision ever! Thanks!!

Capital City is fantastic! We had them move some old 80s circular hvac vents that were in the middle of all of our upstairs ceilings and to install light boxes in all the rooms that had no overhead lighting. I think Vito did the vent re routing and Jacob and another tech did the electric. They will send you a text when they are en route and they are experts in their fields. Cost was very reasonable and we are very happy with how it turned out! From booking the appointment, to getting the estimates and completing the work it was a super easy and quick process!
