Capital City Comfort came highly recommended by a realtor. Andrew Cox visited our home and we were blown away by how thorough his questions were. Our system had recently died after 25 years but Andrew knew exactly what we needed after he accessed our unique problem. There is a reason why we've kept a contract with this company for 10 years since we moved back to the area. Every technician is friendly and knowledgeable. This was easily a FIVE star company when I switched to them several years ago. They are still great but something has changed and they seem to want to replace everything (I too know it needs to be replaced but I need 6 months). Used to be that they would find a reasonable mid-term solution while I gathered cash for a new unit. That’s less so the case now. Did venture capital get involved and change the business model? Either way, they are reliable, quick to respond, good communicators, and professional.
