Joe Orlando came to do the Heating tuneup. He recommended a Scorpion light. This helps to prevent growth inside the air handler. Joe was good at explaining and did an excellent job!

Had Capital City out twice in the last week for routine maintenance and to fix a failed blower. Both technicians (Joe and Andrew) were prompt, polite, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Capital City Comfort to anyone with HVAC needs.

Dillon Barrett was the technician that arrived within the allotted time. He was very courteous , friendly and knowledgeable. He sized up my cooling problem quickly, repaired it and even installed a new thermostats and programmed it for me. I cannot speak highly enough of Dillon and the job he did. I even signed up for a maintenance program and know I will be in good hands. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. My experience from my initial phone call to the finished repair could not have been better.

I’ve been a customer of Capital City Comfort Solutions for several years and have been more than satisfied with the service I’ve received from them. So when it came time for me to replace my heating and cooling system and upgrade my electrical panel, I knew who to call! Brett was thorough in assessing my needs, explaining my options, and answering my questions in the planning phase. When installation day came around, I was impressed by the entire team! Tanner, Christian, Jacob and Brandon did a fantastic job. Their knowledge and expertise were very apparent. They explained what they would be doing and kept me updated on their progress throughout the day. When the job was complete, they showed me everything they did, explained how it all worked, and answered any questions I had. I am amazed by the comfort of my home and how nice everything looks too! Capital city is our go to company for our HVAC needs. We have a service agreement with them. We called them out for emergency service at night on a weekend. They were very courteous and prompt with the response to our needs and the communication from start to finish was excellent. Their technician came out and diagnosed our issue and fixed it promptly. Capital City came out to do a routine maintenance check, Joe Orlando was the rep that helped me out, he was very personable and knowledgeable. I feel like he actually came to check on the system and did a thorough job not just coming to collect a service fee.

Dillon came out after hours and fixed my AC. I had another tech come out last week and he fixed it temporarily. Dillon took his time to explain what he was doing to make this a permanent fix and assured me my AC would be working in no time! It was dark outside but he fixed it! He was quick and very polite. I highly recommend Dillon! I’m going to specifically ask for him if I need AC/heating services in the future.

Very professional service. Impressive sales presentation. Technicians were very friendly and professional. This company is very punctual of reminding me about my preventive maintenance schedule! The last technician they sent to perform it Vito Marchese, was punctual and took his time giving my unit a through check-up, cleaning and explaining the services that was performed.

From the very beginning meeting with Gary, the professionalism was great. The most impressive response to me was their heart and care. Our unit was totally gone and it is very hot in the summer and this company brought window units to our home to use until our unit could be installed. That meant so much to us. We have been very pleased with the consistently excellent service we have received from Capital City Comfort Solutions. This weekend we lost our air conditioning (of course, it always seems to happen when it's exceedingly hot and humid! 🥵). Fortunately, our service technician, Joe Orlando, was able to determine the source of the problem. We appreciated that he was able to conduct the leak test today so that the problem can be fixed, and our air conditioning restored, as soon as possible. We also appreciated that he was friendly and took the time to explain the nature and details of the leak. Finally, we appreciated that he took the time to get an estimate of the repair cost and, also, to get the repair scheduled at the earliest possible time. We are grateful for this high level of service. Thank you!
