Bobby, our technician, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions, and for the first time, I'm beginning to understand a little about how these systems work. Crazy busy time for HVAC companies with this heat wave, but he didn't rush the process, diagnosed the problem and found the parts. We've stuck with Capital City Comfort because of how they treat us.

I had Capital City Comfort Solutions install a 3-zone mini split system in my new home in the Fan. They were recommended to me by someone due to their superior customer service and knowledge on mini split installations. Capital City was quick to take on the job and helped design the right solution for my home. There were a few issues that came up during the installation process that led to the system not working properly and the heads of the system were throwing error codes. After sharing my complaints, they responded with urgency and came out to my property to correct the issue and make things right. That effort went a long way in repairing what otherwise could have been a less than 5-star experience. I will certainly work with them in the future.

Our unit was totally gone and it is very hot in the summer and this company brought window units to our home to use until our unit could be installed. That meant so much to us. I had several HVAC companies come to give quotes. I ended up working with CCCS for several reasons. Subject matter expertise Fair pricing Equipment installed Communication Subject matter expertise: all of the companies had great reviews before coming out, but each had varying opinions on the precise work required. CCCS gave the most comprehensive information about the work needed, and were one of only 3 that recommended a larger return for efficiency. This turned out to be vital. Fair pricing: they were not the cheapest of our quotes, but they were competitive in cost while providing phenomenal service, warranty, military discount and overall value. Equipment installed: each company had different brands and models they planned to install. CCCS installed a brand and model that reviews came back excellent over many years. Communication: they communicated consistently prior to the evaluation, they discussed the precise work needed during the evaluation and why it was important. After the work was completed, they followed up well and continue to check up on the work performance. CCCS is absolutely my recommendation for HVAC needs in the Richmond/Midlothian area

Came out on a Friday night. Diagnosed and repaired AC that was not cooling. Work was under warranty - no charge.

Bobby Robinson came out to us on one the hottest days of the year. It was 101 degrees outside and 90 degrees upstairs in our home. We were his next to the last customer of the day. He treated us though we were his first client. He was patient and kind!!! I will forever request Bobby as our service guy!!
