Bobby, the service tech was very thorough and very personable. Explained everything that I need an answer. My questions that I had would recommend Bobby to anyone that needs service on their systems next service that we have I would like Bobby to come back and do our service.

We had Jake come out from Capital City for our maintenance on our HVAC unit. He was very knowledgeable and was able to tell us anything going on with our system, he let us know about some growth we had in our unit and was able to put in UV lights to help kill it before it spreads more. He took his time to clean our unit and make sure all the parts looked like they were functioning correctoy.

Dillon and Hayden did a great job replacing our water heater. I appreciated their professional service, communication, and attention to detail. We shouldn’t need another water heater for a very long time, but I would definitely choose them again.

Capital City replaced my hot water heater yesterday and the guys could not have been better. Fatz and Quincy were friendly, professional and thorough. They wouldn’t leave until I was completely satisfied. Could not recommend this company more!! UPDATE 5/11/2026 Dillon came today to perform maintenance on my HVAC system and tankless water heater. He is an outstanding young man and professional technician. I highly recommend this company and especially Dillon.

Excellent customer service! A great deal of support was given answering my MANY questions and educating me, as I tried to make the best decision to decrease the humidity in my home and increase the heating and cooling in challenged areas. Ultimately, we went with a solution that provided the best in energy efficiency, cooling/comfort, and health for us. By replacing the old leaky ductwork with a new design, providing a better seal and R-value, installing updated grills, additional returns, supply, and a third zone to provide better airflow and temperature regulation to an addition, it drastically increased the comfort and decreased humidity issues in our home. I can set my thermostat (AC) at a higher temperature now due to the increased efficiency! The support received and the dedication to a quality job throughout the project was immeasurable. The owner sets the standard for respect, courtesy, and professionalism, and it is evident in everyone that enters our home. The technicians are always prompt and provide advanced notice of their arrival. Quincy was extremely polite and demonstrated positive communication skills from start to finish. Overall it was a great experience!
