I had a great experience with Cap City HVAC from start to finish. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. The installation team was professional, respectful, and incredibly thorough. Even after the installation, they went above and beyond to resolve an issue that turned out to be related to my home’s setup, not the unit itself (also provided multiple window units so we would be comfortable while the repair was taking days to fix). When my unit stopped working right before I had an event. They came out the very same day and had everything fixed quickly. Their customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism are truly outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service!

Our seriously ancient boiler required some significant repairs and relocation of some components of the system from the 2nd floor to the basement. Our general contractor, Granville Custom Builder, brought in 3 HVAC companies and 2 of them passed on the job. Capital City didn’t hesitate and were here in just a couple of business days. Technicians Andrew and Tyler showed up on time if not a little early around 8:30. This 2 man team worked so hard for so long (until nearly 4:00) without taking a single break not even for lunch. They ran up and down two sets of stairs in countless times. We’ve hired what feels like a constant stream of trades for this old Fan house since 1997 and I honestly have never seen anything like it. Our boiler was back online the same day, working better than ever. We were so impressed we’ve switched to Capital City for the annual maintenance of both our heating and AC systems.
