Our A/C stopped on a Sunday afternoon. We called Capital City and Chris returned our call within minutes. He sent a technician in less than an hour and it was repaired in less than an hour after he arrived. The technician was sharp, courteous and gave some good advice when asked. I didn't feel like we were gouged either for a late Sunday afternoon. We'll definitely give them a call for our all our HVAC needs.
