First time customer here and in a pinch when our usual provider wasn’t able to dispatch someone for three days despite us having a service plan. Capital City replied quickly and was able to dispatch Bobby the same day. Bobby went above and beyond beyond to share info about the issue our HVAC unit while fixing it in less than an hour.
