Dillon was great. He did a great job of explaining what was wrong with our system with best ways to fix it. Cleaned air vents and system and changed filters for us. Will be using them again!

Great service today from Capital City Comfort Solutions for our routine HVAC maintenance. Their technician, Carter, arrived right on time and was incredibly professional and polite. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned our system, then walked me through everything he checked without any high-pressure sales tactics. It is a relief knowing our system is running efficiently. I highly recommend Capital City Comfort Solutions and will definitely ask for Carter again!

We needed a few things done: fix a strobing bathroom light (botched by a previous electrician from another company), install a light in our media/coat closet, and install a whole-house surge protector on the panel. Jacob thoroughly explained his work, what needed to be done, how long it would take, and he made sure to answer any questions we had. They were in and out in a couple hours, completed everything we needed them to, and it all works perfectly. The whole time they were in the house they wore protective covers over their shoes and cleaned up after themselves (I.e. swept up the debris from the parts of the wall they had to drill out to install the light/light switch). Overall it was a smooth experience and I'd definitely recommend CCCS to anyone who needs electrical work done on their home.
