The installation team was professional, respectful, and incredibly thorough. Even after the installation, they went above and beyond to resolve an issue that turned out to be related to my home’s setup, not the unit itself (also provided multiple window units so we would be comfortable while the repair was taking days to fix). When my unit stopped working right before I had an event. They came out the very same day and had everything fixed quickly. Their customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism are truly outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service!
