I had such a great experience with Capital City! Colin, Jacob, and Jacob were so helpful in finding me the right lighting solution for my retail store. They made the process a flawless one. Great guys from start to finish and in the end— I got what I was looking for — which was a brighter store.

We had CCCS help us with electrical and HVAC. Jacob came out to review our electrical system and identified some major issues not addressed by our previous electrical company. Dillon checked out our heat pump and provided information related to theater system vs replacement, but didn’t recommend replacement at this time.

I can’t say enough about how please I am for the work performed by CCCS.

Had Capital City come out and check the HVAC system due to inefficient heating and cooling. So, happy I did! A 3-ton system had been installed a few years back and it turned out the house needed a 4-ton system. From start to finish, Capital City was so amazing. Went through Andrew (Awesome Guy). Andrew explained everything in great detail. He was on top of the installation and even adding a second return inside the house. Quincy and the rest of the team were equally awesome. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, accommodating in every way possible and above all else, they treat you like family. Very pleased with the work that was done!! If you're in need of HVAC services, please give these guys a call. Promise, you won't be disappointed.

Dillon was amazing. They were able to come take care of me on the same day during an ice storm. My heat breaker kept flipping. Dillon was able check out my HVAC unit, and found out it was the breaker. He was able to replace the breaker on the same day and now I'm back to having heat! Thank you!

We owe a huge thank you to the team at Capital City Comfort Solutions! We came to them highly recommended by a trusted friend, and they absolutely lived up to the hype, coming to our rescue in last week's frigid temperatures.
Our experience started with the routine inspection performed by our wonderful technician, Jake Roper. During the visit, Jake thoroughly checked both HVAC units and went above and beyond in our crawlspace. He discovered our 38-year-old original upstairs unit was not only running on "emergency" power but was completely out of Freon due to a leak. Clearly having our best interest at heart, Jake wisely advised that replacement was the best path forward, rather than waiting for the inevitable complete shutdown. He even spent extra time photographing concerning areas in the crawlspace that our encapsulation company had missed!
Next, our "Comfort Specialist," Rob Garner, stepped in. Rob is an absolute professional—quick-on-the-draw and focused entirely on customer satisfaction. He promised a replacement in a couple of days. The challenge? Finding a unit that would fit into our tiny closet without tearing out the wall or door molding. Rob was detailed in explaining all possible options, but miraculously, he located a perfectly sized unit!
The installation was seamless:
• Rob sent a carpenter who carefully removed and then perfectly replaced the door molding to get the new unit situated. You would never know anything was done!
• The installation team took down an entire wall of framed photographs to protect them, and then placed every single one back in its exact original spot. Perfect!
Not only was Rob incredibly thorough in his explanations, but he followed up with phone calls and emails throughout the process. Professional. Pleasant. Thorough. An Expert. Rob and his team truly are a stand-out company in our city. If you need HVAC service, look no further!
