Bobby called and said when he would arrive. Arrival window was 8-12, he arrived at 8:50. Once he finished he filled me in on how everything was working and gave me some recommendations on additional maintenance needed. I’m very pleased with the whole process, scheduling appointment in advance was easy, text reminders the day before appointment, email giving complete details on what Bobby did while he was here.
